Wraps are easy to make and great for a quick lunch. Any combination of meat, cheese and lettuce can be used in the wrap. Serve with dipping sauce or any other favorite ingredients.
8 Flour Tortillas, Warmed
Roasted Chicken, Cubed
Romaine Lettuce, Shredded
Shredded Parmesan Cheese (or Monterey Jack Mix)
Caesar Salad Dressing (or any substitute)
In a sauté pan, lightly warm each tortilla shell so it becomes pliable for rolling. In the center of each tortilla shell, line with shredded lettuce, shredded parmesan cheese, cubed chicken, and drizzle with desired salad dressing. Fold each outer end to the center, and roll the wrap as tightly as possible without breaking the tortilla. Place inside plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve (at least one hour). When ready to serve, cut the tortilla in half and place on a platter with extra dipping sauce, salsa, etc. to taste.
