Espresso Tiramisu Dip
This was another delicious treat from the PureWow website. A delicious espresso tiramisu dip deconstructed….served with ladyfingers for dipping. How ingenious!
1 Cup Mascarpone Cheese
½ Cup Strong Espresso Coffee
4 Tbsp. Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Tsp. Kosher Salt
Chopped Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels for Topping
Ladyfingers for Dipping (I like Savoiardi Brand)
Using a stand mixer, beat the mascarpone cheese with the espresso, condensed milk and salt for about 3 minutes. Cover the bowl and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. When ready, remove the mixture from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature. Top with the chopped chocolate morsels and serve with ladyfinger cookies for dipping. Enjoy!
