This is a great recipe using either veal chops or pork chops. The veal chop is seasoned simply with salt, pepper and herbs, and is served warm with grilled lemon.
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Veal Chops (approx. 1” thick)
Salt & Pepper
1 Tbsp. Fresh Rosemary, Chopped
1 Tbsp. Fresh Thyme
1 Lemon, Cut in Half
Drizzle the olive oil over the chops, then liberally season both sides of the veal chops with salt and black pepper. Sprinkle the chops with the fresh rosemary and fresh thyme. Place the chops on an outdoor grill over medium heat for approx. 4-5 minutes per side. During the last few minutes of cooking time, place the lemon halves on the grill grates (cut side down), and grill until golden brown. Let the chops rest for several minutes before cutting. Serve with the grilled lemon.
