This chicken scampi recipe is incredibly easy to make and very flavorful.  I like to pair this with either a risotto or creamy rice dish. Your guests will rave at the delicious taste!

 

INGREDIENTS:

3 lbs. Boneless Chicken Breast, Defrosted (Tyson Chicken Tenders)

4 Eggs, Beaten

1 Cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs

1 1/2 Sticks Butter

4 Cloves of Garlic, Minced

2 Tsp. Dried Basil

2 Tsp. Dried Oregano

1 Cup Chicken Broth

1 Cup White Whine

 

DIRECTIONS:

Dip chicken in beaten egg mixture, then in seasoned bread crumbs.  Place in a single layer on a 9 x 13 baking pan.  In a small pot, melt the butter.  Add the minced garlic, basil, and oregano. Pour the melted butter mixture over the chicken.  Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree over for approx. 25 minutes.  Pour the chicken broth and the white wine in the baking pan (around the chicken), and cook for an additional 25 minutes.
