This white wine sangria is a nice alternative to the red sangria. I often make this sangria during the summer months, when you can showcase a variety of seasonal fresh fruit. Feel free to modify this recipe based upon your preference. Serve with ice and additional fruit for garnish.
2 750-ml. Bottles Pinot Grigio
1 Cup Rum
2 Liter Bottle Sprite
Sliced Lemons, Limes, Apples, Pear, Berries
Additional Sliced Fruit/Berries for Garnish
Mix ingredients together and add sliced fruit. Stir to combine. Sangria is best served after flavors have been combined for several hours. I serve at room temperature and fill each glass with ice and sliced fruit/berries for garnish.
