The Tiziano Bellini is a famous aperitivo with a grape juice base. The bellini has a “mojito” flair with the addition of chopped mint leaves.
1 ½ Cups Chilled Grape Juice
1 Lemon, Sliced Into Thin Rounds
Chopped Mint Leaves, For Garnish
1 Bottle Chilled Prosecco
Pour the chilled grape juice and the chilled Prosecco into a large pitcher. Pour mixture into Champagne flutes and garnish with sliced lemon and chopped mint leaves. Serve immediately.
