Limoncello Berry Sangria
This Sangria is also delicious in the summer, when berries are plentiful. The addition of Limoncello adds a nice, bright flavor to the Sangria.
1 Bottle White Zinfandel or Rose Wine (750 ml)
1 Cup Limoncello
½ Cup Blackberry Brandy
1 Cup Lemon-Lime Soda (like Sprite)
1 Cup Strawberries & 1 Cup Raspberries
In a large pitcher, mix the wine, limoncello, blackberry brandy and soda. Refrigerate overnight if possible. When ready to serve, add the fresh berries and serve cold, over ice. Garnish with additional berries if desired.
