Pumpkin Pie Martini

This is a wonderful holiday cocktail, and a treat for your guests.  The delicious combination of the pumpkin spice liqueur with the butterscotch schnapps makes this drink special.

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Pumpkin Spice Liqueur (such as Hiram Walker)

1 Cup Butterscotch Schnapps

½ Cup Kahlua

1 Cup Half and Half

Ice

Cinnamon Stick (Garnish)

Martini Glass Rim:

Pumpkin Spice Liqueur & Crushed Graham Crackers

 

DIRECTIONS:

Place Pumpkin Spice Liqueur, Butterscotch Schnapps, Kahlua and Half and Half in a pitcher and stir well to combine.  When ready to serve individual martinis, place ice in a cocktail shaker with approx. ¾ cup of the drink mixture and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. (Chill martini glasses in freezer for at least 10 minutes prior to serving).  Dip the rim of the martini glass in a small amount of Pumpkin Spice Liqueur, then in a small amount of the crushed graham crackers.  Pour the strained martini into the chilled glasses, garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve immediately.
