Bailey's Ice Cream Shots

Similar to the sorbet shots, this is an extremely easy dessert cordial to prepare.  I like to serve this small dessert in espresso coffee cups for the best impact.  Just scoop in Bailey’s ice cream, and cover with Bailey’s liquor.  Coffee ice cream can easily be substituted.

INGREDIENTS:

1 Bailey’s Ice Cream

¾ Cup Bailey’s Liquor

 

DIRECTIONS:

Place small scoops of Bailey’s ice cream, using a small ice cream scoop, into espresso coffee cups.  Top the ice cream with Bailey’s liquor and serve immediately.
