Warm Crab & Spinach Dip di Zia Caroline

This dip was one of Aunt Caroline’s favorites.  It was originally served at Harpoon Henry’s restaurant.  The quantities have been modified so the recipe can be enjoyed at home.  Serve warm with crackers or fresh vegetables.  This dip will be a crowd favorite! 

 

INGREDIENTS:

Dip:

1 lb. Crab Meat

¾ Cup Mayonnaise

1 lb. Artichoke Hearts, Chopped

½ Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated

2 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning

¼ Cup Chopped Frozen Spinach, Thawed & Drained Well

Topping:

3 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, Grated & 3 Tbsp. Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

 

DIRECTIONS:

In a large mixing bowl, combine all dip ingredients.  Place filling in a well greased baking dish and top with grated parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese.  Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, until mixture is heated through.
